Refund policy
Returns are available if you receive an item that has a problem due to its construction (not due to mishandling during shipping). I am happy to work with you to resolve it. Email me at luxe-design@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receipt and send a photo of the problem. I will refund shipping after the item is received. Items not received will not be credited or qualify for exchange.
Exchanges are available if you receive an item that is not what you expected. Contact me by email within 24 hours of receipt and we can set up a store credit to be applied after item is received. You will need to ship the item back in its original packaging, unworn and within 24 hours of our conversation. You are responsible for shipping cost; insurance is advised to cover lost or damaged items.
